THE ROLE: As Account Manager, you'll manage and further develop drive rental growth across Scotland and the North East, building relationships with NHS and private healthcare hospitals. Working 4 days in the field, you'll engage with clinical teams, procurement and key healthcare stakeholders to identify opportunities, conduct assessments, deliver product demonstrations and provide training.

THE COMPANY: Established for over 40 years, providing an extensive range of non-invasive healthcare devices and equipment for medical applications which are sold into a variety of environments including hospitals, community care, social services and loan stores. This hospital division provide a range of patient handling and pressure area care solutions and they are currently seeking to recruit a personable, credible, driven and hungry clinical professional to manage and grow their very well-established Scotland and North East sales territory. Candidate location must be Scotland.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Clinical background essential - Nurse, Physio, OT, Tissue Viability, MSK Therapist, Physician Associate, Manual Handling Advisor or similar
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded and customer-focused
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Happy travelling across the territory

The Package for Account Manager:

• Basic: £36,000-£45,000 DOE
• Bonus: £21,000 OTE
• Company Car or £550 per month car allowance
• Private Healthcare, Pension
• 23 days holiday (rising to 25 with service) + bank holidays
