Job Description:

Location: Glasgow
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
Hours: Monday – Friday
Holidays: 22 days + bank holidays, increasing with service up to 25 days
Contract: Permanent

We are recruiting an Administrator to join a growing team based in Glasgow.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career as an Administrator. Previous experience would be useful but isn't essential, as training and support will be provided.

Duties

• General office administration
• Logging jobs and updating internal systems
• Helping schedule work for engineers
• Liaising with engineers
• Answering incoming calls and general enquiries
• Producing basic reports and paperwork
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Organising postage, tags and other general admin
• Supporting the wider office team with day-to-day tasks

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an Administrator would be beneficial but isn't essential
• Good communication skills
• Organised and reliable
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
• Good attention to detail
• Willing to learn and develop

The Administrator will receive training and support, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress within the business.
