Your Role

As a Home Care Assistant you will:

• Provide personal and intimate care with dignity and respect
• Support individuals to achieve their personal outcomes and independence
• Assist with daily household tasks
• Support with medication prompts and administration
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
• Deliver care in line with Health and Social Care Standards: My Support, My Life
