Chef de Partie - Ongoing Temp Contract (Clydebank, G81)

We're currently looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join a fantastic hotel team in Clydebank on an ongoing, long-term temporary basis with Search Recruitment Group.

This is a great opportunity to get involved in a fun, supportive kitchen where you'll be working alongside a strong team and gaining consistent hours.

What you'll be doing:

• Carrying out food preparation to ensure everything is ready for service
• Supporting during busy service periods, ensuring dishes are sent out efficiently and to a high standard
• Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on daily kitchen tasks
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Assisting with stock control and reducing waste where possible
• Contributing to a positive, team-focused kitchen environment

• £15.56 per hour (weekdays)
• Enhanced rates for weekends & bank holidays
• Monday to Friday only - great work-life balance
• 2pm-9pm shifts
