Customer Support Associate

Location: Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £600–£750 per week

About the Role

We're looking for a warm, dependable Customer Support Associate to join our Glasgow team. This isn't a desk-based support role — you'll be meeting customers face-to-face across the city, helping answer questions, resolve concerns, and guide them toward the right solution. It suits someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants a role where good service is directly rewarded.

What You'll Be Doing

• Visiting customers in residential areas across Glasgow to provide support in person
• Listening carefully to understand what each customer actually needs
• Answering questions clearly and resolving concerns on the spot where possible
• Guiding satisfied customers toward relevant products or services
• Managing your own diary of appointments and visits
• Keeping accurate records of every customer interaction

What We're Looking For

• A patient, approachable manner and strong face-to-face communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
• Calm under pressure, with good problem-solving instincts
• Resilience and a positive attitude, even on tougher days
• Driving licence and transport preferred
• No previous experience required — full training provided
