Electrician (Maintenance)

Are you an experienced Electrician with maintenance experience, looking for the stability of a static site role with a leading Facilities Management provider?

Confero Recruitment Group are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join a well-established maintenance team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a single-site contract, delivering both planned and reactive electrical maintenance in a professional and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of the on-site engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out reactive maintenance, fault finding and electrical repairs
• Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works
• Performing annual emergency lighting inspections and testing
• Ensuring all work complies with BS7671 and current regulations
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification (essential)
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
• Excellent understanding of health & safety and electrical compliance
• A proactive, reliable and customer-focused approach
