Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a well-established company offering estate agency, letting, legal, and mortgage services, alongside regulated support for buying, selling, and property management.

As a Family Solicitor, you will beworking as part of a busy family law team, handling a varied caseload of family and guardianship matters while supporting clients through often sensitive situations.

This role offers a salary range of £40,000 - £70,000 (DOE) and benefits. You will be based in Airdrie.

Newly qualified solicitors will also be considered if they have strong experience in family and guardianship matters.

What we are looking for

• Previously worked as a Family Solicitor, Family Lawyer, Family law Solicitor, Family Law Associate, Family Law Fee Earner or in a similar role
• Ideally have 4 years of experience within family law, or have experience in guardianship matters
• Strong understanding of relevant legal processes and procedures
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
