Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a roofing project in Houston.

The successful candidate will have strong site management experience, ideally within roofing/construction, and must have proven experience working on listed or heritage buildings.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction/roofing sector
• Demonstrable experience working on listed or heritage buildings – evidence will be required
• SMSTS qualification – essential
• First Aid qualification – essential
• CSCS card – essential
• Strong understanding of site health & safety requirements
• Ability to manage subcontractors, trades and site activities effectively
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of workmanship and site compliance

• Responsible for day-to-day site management and coordination
• Managing health & safety, programme and quality
• Liaising with contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification
