Basic Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + paid overtime

Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lift Regional Technician to join a global lift engineering company, supporting engineers and customers across Scotland's Central Belt.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished lift professional with strong fault-finding and technical assessment skills. You will maintain and repair lift equipment while providing regional technical support to field-based engineers.
Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

The Lift Technician Role

• Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical faults across lift equipment.
• Complete detailed technical assessments and provide regional support to engineers.
• Service and maintain lift equipment and components.
• Repair or replace faulty lift parts.
• Support engineers with challenging breakdowns and technical issues.
• Travel throughout Glasgow, Edinburgh and the wider Central Belt.
• Participate in out-of-hours work on a pro-rata basis.
• Ensure all work complies with company procedures and health and safety regulations.

Ideal Lift Technician Candidate

• NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong lift fault-finding and technical assessment experience.
• Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing lift equipment.
• Able to provide clear technical guidance and support to other engineers.
• Organised, proactive, and able to use your own initiative.
• Strong customer-care skills and a positive approach to change.
• Committed to professional development and taking ownership of performance.
• Strong advocate for workplace health and safety.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
