Contract opportunity for an experienced M&E Surveyor to deliver mechanical and electrical asset surveys across sites in the Larbert and Glasgow area.

Are you an experienced M&E Surveyor looking for your next contract? A specialist engineering recruitment partner is seeking an M&E Surveyor for site-based assignments, completing accurate building services surveys and producing clear technical reports.
The Role As the M&E Surveyor, you’ll:

• Conduct mechanical and electrical surveys across client sites.
• Record and measure M&E assets and site conditions accurately.
• Produce clear survey reports, sketches and basic drawings.
• Liaise with site contacts to coordinate access and survey activity.
• Ensure surveys meet relevant health, safety and site procedures.
• Work independently to complete assignments accurately and efficiently.

You To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience conducting M&E or building services surveys.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical assets.
• Experience producing accurate survey reports and deliverables.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability for site-based contract work across the Larbert / Glasgow area.
