Job Description:

Boyd Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for a Contract Measurement Engineer on behalf of our client, a reputable organisation within the civil engineering sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic team based in Lanarkshire.

• Conduct accurate measurement and setting out for civil engineering projects on-site.
• Assist in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor and report on progress, ensuring all work aligns with contractual commitments.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and site teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards throughout all measurement activities.

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Setting Out Engineer within civil engineering contracting.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, specifications, and measurement techniques.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
