Job Description:

HGV Technician – Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join our team on a permanent night shift basis.

Hours & Pay:

• £23.10 per hour basic rate
• Overtime paid at £30.72 per hour
• 12-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday (4 nights per week)
• Saturday overtime available
• On-call rota

Responsibilities:

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs and trailers
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
• Complete inspections and preventative maintenance
• Ensure vehicles are maintained to a high standard and comply with safety requirements
• Carry out repairs efficiently to minimise vehicle downtime
• Complete maintenance records and paperwork accurately
