The Opportunity:

We are looking for a customer-focused Rentals Advisor to join our busy Rentals team at Allied Vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a successful, family-owned business and play a key role in delivering an exceptional rental experience to our customers.

As a Rentals Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the most suitable vehicle solution for their needs.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm and the salary is £28,000 per annum + bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle incoming enquiries from both retail and corporate customers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable rental vehicle solutions.
• Prepare, provide and follow up on quotations to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections.
• Support departmental KPIs and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in customer service, rental, administrative, or office-based roles.
• Strong communication and listening skills, particularly over the telephone.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience within the motor trade is advantageous but not essential.
