Role: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Office Based

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to completion
• Handling day-to-day client communication and correspondence
• Liaising with solicitors, clients, lenders and other relevant parties
• Progressing transactions and ensuring key deadlines are met
• Preparing and reviewing relevant legal documentation
• Providing a high level of client service throughout the conveyancing process

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Residential Conveyancing and be comfortable managing their own workload and progressing matters.
