Retail Travel Manager Duties – each day will not be the same

• Day‑to‑day running and performance of the branch.
• Lead, motivate and develop your team, ensuring standards remain high while driving sales and operational efficiency.
• Taking full ownership of store performance, including sales targets and KPIs
• Leading the team on exceptional customer service standards across all channels.
• Coaching, motivating and developing colleagues to reach their full potential
• Recruiting, onboarding and training new team members
• Monitoring individual and team performance.
• Driving sales through effective upselling and promotional activity
• Analysing performance data and implementing improvements where needed
• Working closely with senior management on strategy, forecasting and growth
• Creating a positive, supportive and results‑driven working environment

 Retail Travel Manager – Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in a Retail Travel Management role within a travel agency is essential.
• A strong background in achieving sales targets in a retail environment
• Confident leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
