💸 Pay Rate: £23/hr Umbrella

⏱️ Hours: 45+ Hours/Week (5-6 days)

📍 Locations: Shetland | Orkney | Western Isles | Argyll & Bute

✈️ Location Requirement: UK-wide candidates accepted (must be willing to travel)

Key Role Specs:

• Care Home: Residential care for older adults | 07:00-22:00 long days, split shifts, or nights | Driving licence preferred.

• Community Care: In-home adult care | Shifts covering 07:00-23:00 | Must have own vehicle and full UK driving licence (mandatory for Orkney).

What You Need to Qualify:

• 1+ years of experience supporting older adults.

• Full competence in personal care, medication administration, moving & handling, and lone working.

• Female staff currently preferred due to specific personal care requirements (male staff considered where applicable).
