Job Description:

Site Manager – Glasgow (Freelance)

Start: ASAP
Duration: Until March 2027

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to manage a restoaration project in the Glasgow area starting ASAP/

The project includes roof dismantling and full slate re-roofing, scaffolding and edge protection, low-level roof replacement, timber remediation and structural steel installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall day-to-day site management and coordination

• Main point of contact for client and design team

• Managing subcontractors and site activities

• Progress reporting and managing RFIs

• Temporary Works Management

• Daily/weekly site inspections

• Maintaining high Health & Safety standards

• Managing site documentation through Procore

Requirements

• Proven Site Management experience

• Refurbishment/restoration experience highly desirable

• Experience with roofing, structural works or listed buildings advantageous

• Temporary works experience

• Strong client-facing and communication skills

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
