The Role
Joining an experienced and collaborative team, you'll advise clients on a wide range of Council Tax, Domestic Rating and property valuation matters across Scotland.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing Council Tax and Domestic Rating appeals.
• Reviewing assessments and identifying opportunities for savings and rebranding.
• Undertaking property inspections and valuation analysis.
• Preparing reports and offering strategic advice to clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Monitoring legislation and market developments affecting property taxation.
• Supporting wider valuation and professional services work where required.

About You
We're keen to speak with candidates from a variety of property backgrounds, including Rating, Valuation, General Practice and Professional Services.

You should have:

• A degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Property or a related discipline.
• Experience within Rating, Valuation, General Practice or a similar property consultancy environment.
• MRICS qualification, APC enrolment, or an ambition to achieve chartership.
• Strong analytical, communication and client-facing skills.
• A proactive approach and genuine interest in developing a career within Rating and Valuation.
• A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
