Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Wheeled 360 Excavator Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will operate a wheeled 360-degree excavator, a versatile piece of heavy machinery essential for efficient earthmoving, excavation, and site development projects. Responsibilities

• Operate the wheeled 360 excavator safely and efficiently across various construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the excavator to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
• Assist with site preparation activities, including digging trenches, lifting heavy materials, and grading surfaces with precision
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project completion
• Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors regarding excavation depths, locations, and project specifications
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment usage, and any issues encountered during operation
• Ensure the work area is kept clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency throughout the project duration

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues with heavy machinery
• Experience operating a wheeled 360-degree excavator or similar heavy equipment in a construction environment
• Valid commercial driving license (CDL) or equivalent certification required for operating heavy machinery on public roads or job sites
• Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and construction sites
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively within a team setting
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and operate machinery for extended periods
• Prior experience in earthmoving or excavation projects is highly desirable
